DMCA and copyright policy

Movies Torrent respects the rights of copyright holders. We host no media files; this site indexes metadata published by a third-party API. We will nonetheless remove index entries that point to infringing material on request.

Submitting a notice

Send a written notice to dmca@moviestorrent.watch including:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
2. The exact URL or URLs on this site you are asking us to remove. We cannot act on a general description or on a search result page.
3. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

Valid notices are actioned within 72 hours. The identified entries are removed from the index and from our sitemaps, and are blocked from being re-added by the automatic catalogue refresh.

Counter-notices

If you believe an entry was removed in error, send a counter-notice to the same address with the material identified, your contact details, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification.

Repeat infringement

We maintain a record of removal requests and of the upstream sources they relate to.
